E-duka Project
The program aims to encourage high school students to invest in their studies and have a vision for their future careers
The action covered 200 students of the 1st year of High School of the Hugo de Aguiar State School. During four meetings in August/2023, the topics of self-awareness, employability, professions, career and labor market were addressed.

Creative Sewing
The program aims to promote professional training in cutting and sewing for the low-income population. In 2023, 50 students from the local community took classes at the Maná de Deus Association, a partner in this project.
The pieces produced in the classes are sold at the Solidarity Bazaar and the proceeds go to the children supported by the association.

Jilo Friends
Karina Plásticos, together with Turma do Jiló and the Ideas Company, through the Culture Incentive Law, carried out the "Diversity in Childhood Collection" project that was distributed in public schools and we want the content to contribute to the development and enrichment of the theme with students.

The collection consists of four books with themes on diversity aimed at children, for the age group of 06 to 10 years:

Amid this colorful universe of laughter and play, we believe that these books offer a unique opportunity to reflect on the importance of inclusion and acceptance of diversity that, regardless of their skills, deserves a space where they can grow, learn and thrive.
Transforming people’s lives is our purpose, our reason for existing, so we are proud to support this beautiful project.
