PVC is the most versatile of plastics, as the resin is formulated with the incorporation of additives, which turn it into a “PVC compound”. It’s possible to change the characteristics of the PVC Compound according to the need of its final application, ranging from rigid to extremely flexible.

RIGID PRODUCTS

Rigid PVC Compounds are developed according to the most diverse requirements of customers meeting all conventional manufacturing processes such as Extrusion, Injection, Blow Molding and Thermoforming. FLEXIBLE PRODUCTS

Flexible PVC Compounds are specially formulated with the best plasticizers on the market, giving the final product optimal toughness and a softer touch when compared to other polymers. Mechanical, chemical and flexibility properties are specially verified taking into account the most specific characteristics of our customers, and in compliance with National Standards and International Directives.

PVC Masterbatch

Masterbatch are concentrates specially formulated to give the final product Color, Tone or property desired by the customer and also promote good dispersion of pigments and/or additives – which is not possible when using the pigment directly in the process. They are typically applied in low concentration (around 2%) to our Ivory, Natural or Crystal PVC Compounds so that the customer has a wider range of colors in their own portfolio.

Kapu®

The KAPU® brand was developed to serve the footwear segment. The micro-expanded compounds generate light soles and sophisticated finishes, in addition to presenting a homogeneous expansion facility, without the occurrence of bubbles. Enabling several applications in different types of shoes and soles.

Micro expander additive concentrate. It is a masterbach of expanding agent additive to recover altready expanded compounds or compact PVC.

Expanded PVC to rigid heels. It is an axpanded PVC with shore D hardness, alternative material for shoes soles made with expanded EVA or PU.

• Densities 0,50g/cm³ and 0,60g/cm³

KPU®

KPU®: This is a PVC Compound / TPU Blend, aligns PVC processability to the physical strength of the TPU.
